First save the picture (you'll understand why later)
Then, upload said picture on imageshack or photobucket etc.
Then copy the direct image URL and write in a post here, '(img) *image link goes here* (/img)' but replace the '( )''s with '[ ]''s. The reason we upload to a site first instead of using the direct URl is that with a URL from a game site, for example, you can easily see the name of the game when you save the picture or hover over it (I forgets).
