As for this game, it looks like its shamelessly ripping off Diablo II, it has an almost identical interface to D2 and appears to have simply converted into 3D. I have no idea unless its a modded version of Diablo II.
Graphically though, it looks like Gauntlet Legends...

I'm pretty damn sure that that shot right there is from a game called Dungeons and Dragons, though which one I cannot say. I've played Baldur's Gate and, unless it looks a lot worse on the Gameboy than it does on the PC. Which would make sense. I'm gonna guess Dungeons and Dragons: Baldur's Gate. No, no I'm wrong. Looking at it again, it looks like Warcraft. Two maybe? Yeah, I'm gonna go with Warcraft 2.
