I think why it was ignored was that nobody had the slightest clue what it was. Including me. You might need to help us out with this one.
Okay Ima put something slightly less obscure up... Theses game were sweet as hell but got little recognition... They were put up in the Official Xbox Magazine's (OXM) list of top 20 games that are now dirt cheap but really good. Most of those games were really great titles that just weren't able to get the hype they needed to survive the release of more mediocre but better marketed titles I guess... anyway here's some screens of some of those titles :
First one is Psi-Ops: The _____ Conspiracy (sorry, I forgot the middle word. Is that acceptable?)
Technically a Japan exclusive (I played it via emulator) it was developed by the same team as EVO: The Search for Eden (Almanic) and was produced by ENIX.
EDIT: Oh and the second x-box screenshot there is I believe from the first Otogi (I think the subheading was the myth of demons).

The first Screen is from Psi-Ops : The Mindgate Conspiracy good one. But there are 3 more Obscure but great Xbox (not X360) titles.thebobmaster said:

Yep the Last one is Project Snowblind, a Deus Ex : Invisible War-esque multiplayer shooter from Eidos.GenHellspawn said:

It is Killer Instinct. And it's actually Cinder, just with the blue color instead of the default v Fulgore.
