The last 2 NFS games where horrid, yes i mean ProStreet and Undercover. I think the best in the series where Underground 2 and Mostwanted

I must be one of the few people here who is looking forward to 'Shift'. No more of that stupid boyracer stuff, just pure copetitive track racing and proper mechanical tuning. (mainly coz im pursuing a career in motorsports)

I think that a game series that has 3 sequels or more should go to a dying hole and...die

Did like underground it was different

I quite like NFS 2.. Or 3... I cant remember. Then i remember getting tht god awful NFS Porche edition for a present... the horror! The new NFS are all the same, none of them really pushing the standard at all, its quite sad really. They really need to reinvent the brand again.

Well after buying Most wanted. I had specs far higher the recommended...

Yet the game still wouldn't play right. It would stutter, crash whenever I got busted. When I wrote in with my specs the devs told me it was a problem with my machine. Which was odd because I was playing Oblivion with everything maxed and no problems, none of my other games were even stuttering.

So that was when NFS lost me as a customer. I wouldn't take a free copy of any of the new ones after that fiasco.

either that or just admit defeat and start a new project instead

They will never admit defeat as long as the games keep selling well, and last time i checked they were doing very very well :(

I enjoyed NFS Underground 1 alot, but NFSU 2 was a big setback for me, i mean common, who's bright idea was it to go racing with SUV's? *Ignore your tweaked sweet ride that can drive at the speed of light, instead, take this big ugly machine that wont go faster than your avarage grandma!
Also, in my version of NFSU 2, if you were more than 5 meters ahead of the computer opponents during any race, they would just slow down, and you could finish the race backwards without having to worry about them catching up.

Underground 2 was so awesome. One of the few racing games I've enjoyed, and it was actually more because of the car customization and magazine shoots and whatnot. The reason I kept playing through the story mode was to get more decal and body kit options :3

My friend Evan actually won a drag race with his SUV. It was beautiful.

I liked NFS:HP III, it was the first race-game I played. I've played it over and over again with my best friend back than.
I was a big fan of NFS:Underground and Underground II, but after that, I kinda lost interest in the new NFS games...
