What is the single nerdiest thing you have ever done?
Mine was actually last night. I spent three hours calculating the time, distance, and acceleration suitable for a realistic interplanetary craft. With a piece of paper, a pen, and a calculator. Haven't factored in the influence of gravity, but I know what I'll be doing tonight.
Beat that.

EDIT: 0.005 m/s acceleration, 220 day from the Sun to Neptune. Accelerating half the distance, decelerating the other half. Distance of 30.1 AU.
40 days to travel 1 AU. Calculations involving accelerations get tricky.

Far too much.

Just to pick one at random, I bought a Darth Vader helmet at a car boot sale and I walked round with it on.

eating fast food on a role playing convention with Jeremy Bulloch . I get negatives on the nerdscore here for just talking about the soccer worldcup and sharing awkward feelings and some silent laughter towards some of the visitors.

I played Magic for about an hour at Wendy's a couple of weeks ago during the lunch rush. I got a few odd looks.

Me and a mate from uni calculated the best bricks to remove and the optimal placement for a game of giant jenga. Game took 3 hours (many beers) and our record still stands, we didn't measure but I stand 6'3" and had to get on a chair for my last few moves!

The earth shook when it fell down :D

I did something last night as a matter of fact. I wore my Link hat to a garage sale. Hell, wore it all day because I could.

Hated Harry Potter. I'm so nerdy, I in fact, reversed the spectrum...

Yeah... Other than that I guess the nerdiest thing I've ever done is play video games/used to like anime/be in marching band/go to the midnight premiere of The Last Airbender... Which, by the way, I hated...

Edit: Oh yeah, I also used to be into Children's Card Games.... Which I guess in itself is nerdy, not only because I liked YuGiOh but I quoted that abridged series... But yeah I'm trying too hard, I'm probably not really even that nerdy :p

Hmm. I guess going to a comic convention in full costume (a sith). While it was ok at the convention (there were far better costumes there), and loads of people took their picture with me. The "best" part was going in on the tube and walking to/from the convention hall. Capes and mass public transport do not mix.

Also I went to my nephew's Christening yesterday wearing Star Trek cufflinks. It was a toss up between those, and my Doctor Who ones.

Probably going to watch a fallout style LARP thingy near me, but at least I made a profit selling bags of 100 bottle caps at 4 quid a shot.

I went to watch a miniature Yu-Gi-Oh tournament in some random kid's backyard and then I left to go home and watch Friday Night Smackdown.

I recited every spell I could remember from Harry Potter, then proceeded to recite the script from the first Harry Potter movie.

Played D&D? Doing so again this Saturday, so yeah. I guess that. Can't think of much else. I genuinely enjoy maths... I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh. I like anime. That's all I got.

I spend a day or two memorising the other colour Lanterns oaths (from Green Lantern).

Also when I was watching the Ang Lee version Hulk with my cousin and his friends (who is more of a casual and less internet type of guy) had no idea who or what Bruce father is suppose to be (the scene when his finger became part of that metal). I give him a good talks that he suppose to be Absorbing Man from the comic (I'm not an expert but I know a few thing or two on him).

Putting Harry Potter related stuff as group names during school projects. Said group names include 'Hogwarts' and 'Sectumsempra'.

One day I walked in to collage wearing a home made rorschach mask, kept it on all day (and I always wear a trilby any way), been that.
