Was just about to make this thread.
I don't like this Spider-Man. He appears to be 100% CGI, and bad CGI at that. He just seems off. And I do not like that his entire 'eye' is expressive. It looks weird, and out of place.
Does anyone else feel like Spider-Man just looks really bad?
That being said, I like how he's voiced. He sounds like how I imagine Peter Parker sounds.
I thought this as well, a sentiment shared by many of my friends. However, if you look at some high res pics, it doesn't look too bad at all. It seems that YouTube has
really butchered the quality on this one. Also, he is most definitely not 100% CGI. Here:

HIS EYES! Oh, dear god, HIS EYES! They're mechanical and I love them! Did he do it, or did Tony do it for him?
Its almost certain that Tony gave it to him. Also, even better, the eyes move because they are a
lens! That just makes so sense. Speaking of...

That was my "WTF?!" moment of the trailer. I'd like to know how the eyes of a mask that covers your entire head are supposed to be able to emote like that. It looks fine in fully animated cartoons, but in this it just looks creepy.
Its not meant as a Deadpool-esque way to emote. As I said, its actually a lens. Thats why you can hear a little mechanical whirring when his eyes become smaller. And thats all it should be able to do, become bigger or smaller. Not sure how much emoting they could convey with that even if they wanted to.
