Blue Ray?
...Um, blu ray is hardly that much more Memory than HD. Id say this is either a rumour, or they are gonna have to dumb down the continents. Daggerfall was the size of britain.

I find this weird, because we've only ever explored Tamriel and all other mention of continents is usually legends, ancient history, or vague descriptions. I'd find it more likely that they'd have all the provinces in the game, but whatever.

I just hope it utilizes a karma system similar to Fallout - only more improved. It annoyed me that it really didn't matter if I was good or bad; for the most part, I got the same result (or, if it was different, it was still roughly the same value).
I think they meant to SAY provinces. Although it would be verreh fun to be able to do that :p As for fitting it onto a disc...meh.

I didn't think that the 360 was capable of using HD. Or else that method might have survived. Regardless, I was merely point out that the PS3 wouldn't have a problem no matter how large the worlds are. With the 360, the console might have to use several disks. And on the pc thats not really a problem luckily.

Wow only 3 you must be more stupid then i am.
Well you should either learn to proof read your work. Or just go back under the bridge you came from.

While we're making shit up, the new one also has character flying around by their underwear on their heads.
I hear Cliff Racer will be a playable race.

Of course the 360 can use HDDVD

Anyway, Blu-ray would have 'no problem' its not like its unlimited :/ I dont think its gonna have all the continents anyway - it would take alot of discs for All the consoles. would cost alot of money to produce. I think theyre gonna do it in skyrim.

Praise be Akatosh and all the divines! It would be a awesome sight to behold if they did it justly.

*ofc*
But really, I doubt they could stick that all on one disk. Unless they have some crazy compression techniques up their selves.

It is highly possible with blue ray. The 360 however just uses normal DVDs (even though it still does do HD graphics)

The other question is could they even do it? Yes, they could. Bethesda soft works is a massive company, in dollars and in people power.

Will we see it?

I would love to, but I doubt I will.

Yeah its just a shame that I don't think many X-box owners will shell out that cash to make their x-box hd compatible. I guess its just another expense that 360 owners will have to take. Like paying for multiplayer or being forced to buy a wireless device for it. Hell, even the memory of overpriced.

actually, if you just buy the 360 elite you dont have to buy all that stuff seperateley, you only have to get all of it seperateley and exepensiveley with the xbox arcade.

think about it, how long would it take to do anything or find anything new in such a big map? the whole of tamriel would be too big to work as a fun game. they've copyrighted the name Skyrim, so the smart bet is on something set there or there abouts
