I thought it was pretty much on par with the older stuff which is to say "decent."

I was never a super fan, but I usually enjoyed it when I watched it and it was the same with these new episodes.

I think its going to be as good if not better. They're deffinitely off to a good start.

I preferred the first to the second but they both rocked. I loved the joke about magnification and resolution so much I had to wax my rocket.
ZOOMING IN DOESN'T INCREASE THE RESOLUTION!

I loved that, reminded me of [a href=http://incredimazing.com/static/media/2009/10/20/Wyool/wyool.jpg]this[/a].

Or, [a href=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8w3fhYy6w4]this[/a].

Oh, and I literally doubled up laughing at Benders: "Coma Coma Coma Coma, Coma Chameleon".

I didn't find it as funny or relevant as the original Futurama was when it came out.

I enjoyed them a lot, but they seem to be somehow different than the original. I think it's a faster paced joke with less satire of life. We'll just have to wait and see to determine how good they are,

I thought that the first few episodes had some very good parts, and the bad parts I can forgive because it must be extremely hard to restart a series after such a long time. My prediction is that by the 7th season (we're on the 6th right now) the writers will hit their stride and the new show will be just as good as the old one.

Funny, I liked the first over the second

"Go stem cells! Work your astounding scientific nonsense!"

I preferred:

"These are adult stem cells, they came from perfectly healthy adults, whom I killed for their stem cells"

I was pretty disappointed. While that may be my own fault for my high expectations, I feel this show has lost all its heart, which is why I loved this more than simpsons or family guy. It wasnt as funny, except for every Farnsworth line, and the ending for this episode was horrible. I dont get I Fry and Leela are still dating, because he reacted the same as everyone else, not like the love of his life was cheating on him. Where is the show that had the episode where Fry's dog waited his whole life for his return (one of the saddest things I have ever seen) The deep friendship between Bender and Fry, all the great relationships, (does Amy still love Kif?) and some of the best humor on any show. Dont get me wrong, a lot of it was funny, but Im afraid its lost all its heart and charm.
Sorry for the rant, but for some reason these two episodes bugged me to the point where I had trouble falling asleep last night after watching this because I had all this going in my head. Ill keep watching to see if it gets better.

I nearly died when Bender said "Party people in the house go [close up gasp]" OT: Surprised, better than I imagined. I think since it's on Comedy Central they will be able to get away with more stuff.

I thought it was great... The part in the second episode where Leela slowly unraveled that Zap was still a jackass as he cringed loudly before telling her one piece of jackassery after the next had me laughing my ass off...

EDIT: Also, "My instinct is to hide in this barrel, like the wily Fish!" <- Best. Line. Ever.

The first episode was, admittedly, pretty meh. It pretty much had to be, though. It served entirely to reset everything for the new season, and I understand that. It had it's gems though:
Fry: "Aren't stem cells unethical?"
Professor: "In your time, yes. In our time, shut up!"

The second was fucking brilliant. Loved every second of it. So many good things, but what stuck out the most was the Chamber of Understanding. Awesome.
