A coat made out of eevee's that when put in contact with certain stones would transform whenever the wearer wanted it to.

EDIT: Hell I'll just make an entire ensemble of eevee's.

you know, if the pokemon movies have taught me anything, it's that as soon as a single pokemon is turned into a coat, every wild pokemon within hundreds of miles will gather round and start looking menacing, but not to any kind of point or benifit cos in the end they just stand there as Ash save the day

i liked it, But after use of the stone it wouldnt be able to change back, otherwise its cool
