I doesnt matter if Trump or Biden wins, China has the US in the pocket
Not as much as you think. The leverage China has over the US is mostly structured debt and the ability to wreck the US economy to the pain point that's closer than the Chinese's same pain point, but doing so in an aggressive manner (as opposed to the defensive manner they did with Trump's trade war), could come with more consequences and a lower economic pain threshold domestically.
China's made it clear it has no interest in crossing US red lines that could lead to military conflict with the US (and potentially NATO). While China maintains a claimed interest in Taiwan, the risk of military intervention, even at this point, is too great to test. So China has been opting for a different approach, building their own set of client states with the Belt and Road initiative while trying to further integrate Hong Kong into the PRC. This, combined with their assertiveness in the South China Sea and other regional and international power plays that don't cross clear consequence lines has made dealing with China a monumental task for even seasoned statesmen.
