The Night Riders (a post apocalyptic rp)(Started)(Accepting new Members by PM)

Very few things got the gang boss' mind off of lewd thoughts. This was reinforced with the sight of a half naked woman in front of him. However, one of those few things interrupted his thoughts as it ran over two of his men. "Shit! Get behind cover! And shoot that damned car!" He roughly grabbed Melody by her forearm and pulled her up towards him, wrenching her arm away from her chest. "Yer comin' with me, little lady." He dragged her back towards the motorcycles, his men firing at Danny's car from all around him...

...and that's when Melody kicked him in the shins. Cursing, the boss grabbed at her while she fled, and succeeded in capturing the top half of her coverall, which was still hanging loose around her waist. Finding herself being tugged back towards the vile creature, she turned to face him, letting herself be pulled closer to his face, then she headbutted him, breaking his nose. The gang boss still had a grip on her coveralls, but she kicked him away from her, tearing her coveralls in two. Now unhindered (but still uncovered), she fled as fast as she could into a nearby abandoned warehouse.

Growling, the gang boss ordered his men to stop shooting. "Don't waste your bullets ya idiots! Find the girl! The night's not over yet!" They all chased Melody into the warehouse, and in their haste, neglected to check if the driver of the mysterious vehicle was still alive...

Danny stopped hearing gun fire. "Why did they sto..Oh Crap, Melody!" He looked up and saw the gang members near a Warehouse and Getting closer. Danny Pushed his foot down on the gas pedal. He put the arm holding the Shotgun out the window. He fired. The buckshot ripped into one guys back while Danny ran over an other. He then span 180 degrees and ran over a second gang member. The gang members opened fire. Danny ducked down again but kept his hands on the wheel. He drove forward and several of the gang members had to dive out of the way. One man shot and the bullet went through an already weak Dented area in the car door and into Danny's already injured Leg....

Fieldy kicked the Chevelle into drive, and tore out from behind the bar. "Shit shit shit, Danny! What the hell!? You get a fucking night off and you try to get back in the game? Either you're way stupid or you're a diehard." He threw the rifle into the back seat and grabbed his shotgun. He caught the attention of a few gang members, and they began to fire at him. "Sh-" he grunted, gunning towards the group of three that were standing outside of the warehouse. Two had managed to dodge the car, but one wasn't so lucky "Bump!" chuckling to himself. He saw Danny lying in the street. "You'd better be alive, dammit." Fieldy drifted up, next to him. He climbed across to the passenger seat and opened the door. He saw Danny writhing on the ground. "Good. you're alive. Now you're in no shape to walk, but if you can pull your ass into the car, we can help Melody. We can both assume what they'll do if we don't." He held his hand out to help him in.

 

[One Seven One]

Upon reaching the fourth floor of a nearby building, Robert looks out a window to the carnage below. "So much the "gain higher ground" plan." He said to himself.

Robert looks down below to survey the situation, he sees Danny and Fieldy in the middle of the area. "Wait where's Melo..." He sees Melody being chased by the surviving gang members "shi_." he thought to himself.

"Fieldy and Danny have the front covered, I should probably go around ba..."

Robert starts hearing voices below, two gang members are trying to break in to the battle wagon!

Suddenly, all thoughts of helping out his friends left his mind and only one thought remained, kill.

"Shi_ man, they got this locked up tight, go round back and see if they left the back open."
"you got it." The second one walks around to the back of the battle wagon. Clunk
"you alright man... man answer me." The first gangster begins to towards the back of the battle wagon.

Robert walks out from behind the wagon with his gun aimed at the gangster's head "Hello there tough guy." The gangster reaches for the pistol he keeps holstered in his pocket.

"I don't think so." Says Robert, Robert uses his free hand to grab the gangster's head and slams it against the side of van.

A few minutes later both of the gangsters wake up, tied to a street lamp with rope from the wagon. "What the fu__ just happened man?" "I dunno, I'm just glad the motherf___er is gone"

"Talking about me" Says Robert "Now.. Tell me why are your gang members stationed here, I've seen people bearing your colors in some other areas." "fu__ you man, we ain't tellin you nothin" says the first "you tell em" says the second

Robert gently laughs to himself, Robert pulls out his pistol and kills the first one. "NO! Shanks!" cries the second one "You have little nicknames for each other.. cute." says Robert ?Now tell me what I want to know" Robert says with the his pistol pointed towards the gangster's head.

"F__k you man, I ain't tellin you nothin" A grin begins to form on Robert's face, Robert raises his hand as high as he can and brings his fist down across the gangster's face. "I think you broke my jaw you F__ker"

Robert grab's the gangster's throat and begins to choke him, he also brings his head closer to the gangster's head "Listen to me you little piece of sh_t." Robert whispers "Seems I just might need to torture the information out of you, which kneecap do you want me to break first?" Robert releases the grip he has on the gangster's throat and places the barrel of his pistol on the gangster's head "Last chance."

"I'll tell you whatever you want man, just don't kill me!" The gangster tells Robert everything he knows which, unfortunately, isn't a lot.

"If that's all you know then I guess our business here is concluded" Robert starts walking away "Does that mean I can go now man?" Says the gangster "Heh heh.. not quite" Robert turns and fires a shot in to the gangster's head. "Well that was fun while it lasted."

[side note: Duel Personality kicked in after he heard the two gangsters.]

"Hey.....Fieldy..." Danny said holding his leg. He pulled himself into the car. Danny took off his Leather jacket and pushed it on the wound. "Well I think I did pretty.....Great" he said leaning forwards trying to apply pressure. Danny shut the door and told him to Drive. He then pulled up his shotgun. "Let's end..these guys!"

The remainder of the gang made it inside the abandoned warehouse. Inside, huge angular shapes loomed in the shadows, and their footsteps echoed loudly against the walls.

"Fan out, boys. She couldn't have gotten far. And find the light switch!" the boss bellowed. "Come out come out, wherever you are..." he taunted. "We're not gonna kill ya...we just wanna have a li'l fun, is all...we'll even let your friends watch."

Melody didn't answer him. She focused on hiding and moving silently between the various cargo crates, trying her best to avoid being caught.

"Say...I don't suppose you've seen a couple a kids lyin' around, have ya?" the boss called out conversationally. "Their daddy's desperate to see them...alive and in one piece, that is." He walked casually, his boots tapping the floor in a slow, methodical rhythm. "You see, their daddy's a big wig general in this underground military base we stumbled on, and I'm no scientist, but I'll be damned if it wasn't a nuclear silo." He chuckled, as if he was sharing an inside joke with her. "Now, I don't have to ask you what you could do with a nuke...heck, you could rule the world! At least, what's left of it. But the Ol' General ain't giving us the launch codes, much less entrance inside his bunker, out of some misplaced sense of duty..."

The footsteps stopped. "That is...until I caught his kids tryin' to escape." Suddenly, the lights went on. One of the gang members found the switch, and Melody had nowhere to hide. "Get 'er, boys!"

Jimmy heard the sounds of gunshots and tires screeching from a few blocks away."Finally some action!" Holding his M4A1 at the ready Jimmy sprints towards the noise and rounds the corner just in time to see a half naked woman disappear into a building followed by several thugish looking men."Well shit no way that can be good."He glances over and sees another man pulling himself into a car one of his legs he held awkwardly as if injured.Keeping his rifle aimed down Jimmy slowly starts making his way towards the building the woman ran into hoping he isn't to late and he can help her.

Danny saw a strange man in a hoodie walking towards the Building. I hope he is on our side. he thinks to himself. Danny continued putting pressure on the wound trying to stop the bleeding or atleast slow it down. Whoever it is he has a nice choice of gun.

Jimmy makes it to the entrance of the building and creeps in the door making a little noise and hoping none of the thugs heard it.He comes in just as someone finds the light switch and the entire warehouse gets flooded with light. Dammit of all the times. Jimmy readies his rifle and aims at the nearest thugs head who luckily hadn't noticed him yet.

Fieldy stopped outside the warehouse. "You think you can stay out here and watch my car?" He looked over at Danny. "Cause if I hear of you hotwiring this thing and plowing in there, I'll give you a colonoscopy with a shotgun shell, you hear me? you're in no shape to walk, and that's coming from a guy in a wheel chair." He flipped his chair out and lifted himself on. "Take the Springfield and mop up anyone who tries to escape, or any backup on it's way. It's a bolt action, you sure you can handle it?" Fieldy said, loading shells into his shotgun.

"I can handle it," Danny replied grabbing the rifle, "I may not be a great shot but I can handle it. Like this guy for instance" He said pointing at a man standing behind a window, "He won't see it coming" Danny aimed the rifle and fired. The window shattered and the bullet went through the mans upper back. He fell backwards out of building and smashed into the ground with a thud.
