1: Any game where it reloads me waaay further back than necessary.

2: Any game where an ally npc I HAVE to keep alive runs into the open in full view of the enemy, or right in front of my fire, or AI breaks so I have to start back from a unnecessarily far back checkpoint (see 1)

3: Enemy uses an instant kill weapon (ala Crysis Warhead Gauss Gun) or I die by means I couldn't have possibly predicted. Because if you die instantly, you can't learn from your mistake without first dying and going through a leading screen back to- (see 1)

4: When Minecraft crashes, loosing all my progress from the past half hour destroys natural irreplaceable resources and (see 1)

5: When an npc is designed to be very annoying but also invincible (Reaver from Fable 2, and Claptrap from Borderlands)

6: Majika says "You have been Defeated!" when I an still walking about fit and healthy killing dudes, and then if I actually do die the game freeze up and (see 1).

The end of the bridge in 1-2 in Demon's Soul. 4 crossbowmen alone would be alright. 1 Blue eyed knight alone would be fine. But 4 crossbowmen and a Blue eyed knight pisses me off. And then there was that one time where I was almost able to kill the Blue eyed knight only to attract the other one to me and having to run away so the first one had time to heal up.

God of War on God difficulty, the final room when you're fending off the Kratos clones from your family. I know it's God mode and all, but the clones can break your combos, deal a fuck load of damage and your family has the worst hit box ever.
I kinda forgot about all that, I guess my conscious suppressed that so I wouldn't remember the rage inducing level. That was fucking ridiculous, it took me forever to finally get past that, a friend of mine thought it was hilarious after I finally beat that part that I yelled, "FUCK YOU ROOM!!"

Call of Duty, Black Ops.

I was supposed to get to this boat within time limit, so I was supposed to sprint like crazy from crouch position because I was pinned down pretty hard.

most of the time, I was gunned down by the enemy before I could get to the boat

But when I get to the boat, the timer runs out while I was in the mid air ABOVE THE BOAT while I was jumping and they make me restart from the check point again.

Call of Duty, Black Ops (again)

the corridor with infinite amount of enemies with shitty AI who simply only thinks about retreating, leaving me to deal with those enemies.

and rest of Call of Duty, Black ops level on Veteran difficulty...

because there's only seems to be ONE WAY TO APPROACH the whole thing if you want to live to make progress

(it was my roommate's game. when he saw me rage, he never touched the game. he just sticks to his MW2)

EDIT: grammar fix.

When the lift doors open at the end of Portal 2 and you're facing 4 turrets aimed directly at you right after GLaDOS grants you freedom.
Yeah, there was a opera right after that and you're actually set free, but still it made GLaDOS seem like an actual despicable b#$%^ for a moment. After all I did for her, she gets her turrets against me again? I mean; COME ON.
Haha yeah, I thought that too. Good thing GLaDOS was just fucking with you.
i actually thought that chell was going to die, and when i saw the turrets, i was like, OH GLAdoS!

I'm currently attempting Halo: Reach on Mythic difficulty (Legendary difficulty, with all skulls on.) Its tough, challenging, and very fun.

However, it's full of moments where I just shout "Oh, you little shit!".

Specifically, on one mission you defend a base from Covenant forces, and you have a fellow spartan helping you. She's invincible, but does piss all damage with her Assault Rifle (one of the skulls makes human weapons basically useless). Anyway, she's a decent distraction.

However, despite being completely invincible, she has the armour lock ability. Basically, it makes you invincible for a few seconds. She used it when an Elite stuck her with a plasma grenade.

It made said grenade fly off randomly.

Into my face.

BOOM.

GTA San Andreas for PC when you've just completed a very tough mission and is heading back to a safehouse WHEN THE GAME CRASHES!

This is why we need autosave in every game.

My team was being ANNIHILATED in Bad Company 2 (Atacama Desert is the one with the ship in the middle, right?) and I was in a series of death streaks so I decided that at my team's main base, I would use an Anti-Aircraft gun to blow a chopper away. The minigun spun up, then, a Russian T-90 MBT drives in front of me. Panicked, I start firing at the rear side of the beast, knowing it wouldn't work.
The tank goes on and I think to myself, "Thank God he didn't notice me" as he rounded a corner. Then, he pops back from around the corner doing a double take, and blows me up. And then I lost the match.

Mirror's Edge. Need I say more.

In all seriousness I really wanted to play this game and I really wanted to be good at it cos it looked so much fun... being unable to make simple looking jumps for no concevable reason was controller snappingly frustrating. Especially when the damn save points are miles apart and seem to move depending on when you loaded the game (I am not joking about this!).

It just made me want to go back to prince of persia sands of time. That game is so flipping awesome and proof that free running plateforming is fun and fantastic. And, the polar oposite of mirror's edge's. Oh well. Nice try DICE.

This part actually really bothered me. Her justification for letting you go is that you're hard to kill, then she immediately sets up like fifty turrets pointed right at you in an elevator with no way out. Seems like that "hard to kill" thing is solved. Then she doesn't kill you. It's completely contradictory and gives no valid reason for your escape.

I really didn't expect a Valve game to so thoroughly ruin my suspension of disbelief and knock me out of the game world in one of the most detailed, charming and compelling game worlds I've been in. So that's my Oh come on! moment.
I don't think it's the literal act of killing her, it's more being able on a psychological sense

Ah I have the perfect one while playing Dragon Age 2 I was going for the last achievement which was a simple one the one for getting max rivalry, so I thought I may as well get it on Anders the smug bastard. I get to the last mission where certain things happen... and how far away am I from full rivalry? 1 fucking point... -.- I remembered back in the beginning for talking with Merrill when she first used blood magic I got approval from Anders... I face palmed myself several times that day... -.-
