FF VIII (my disc 2 is bust :C)
MGS on PS1, had it years ago, lost it. :(
(I kno there are emulators, but my PC can barely run this site and I have a sofa and big TV in the room with my wee black box.)
Not to push any illegal activity or anything, but the servers for this site are really slow, and even a fast computer with an excellent internet connection will take forever to load it. If this is the only site you have problems with, you might be surprised at what your PC can do.

OT: Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner. It's one of three games that I still kick myself for not buying when they were new, the other two being the PS1 versions of the Lunar games, which were not only two classic JRPGs, but also two of the most amazing pre-current gen special editions of a console game. Seriously, they came with all sorts of goodies, but the $60 price tag was just ridiculous at the time, when a brand new, AAA game ran about $35-$40. Back to ZoE2, not only did I miss out on it when it was new, but I missed a chance to buy a used copy a few years back because I was a broke highschool kid without the money to pay for it. That must have been at least five years ago, and to this day I haven't seen another copy, despite looking in every single store with a PS2 section that I walk into.

Special mention goes to Colony Wars, a game that seemingly every PSX owner had around the time of Final Fantasy VII, but that I've only come across once in the wild since the late 90's, and that was in a thrift shop that wanted $15 for an ancient game that someone donated to them for free. I walked out of there with a $5 copy of KoTOR, but I think I would have preferred Colony Wars. If only the prices had been reversed...

Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. It's a real-time strategy game based on Jeff Wayne's musical, where the humans somehow manage to fight back against the Martians on account of them having more people to do stuff.

Jade Cocoon isn't good at all... I own it and I believe you made the right choice when you picked up FF7 instead.

Myself? I want the original Secret of Mana for the SNES, I rented it once and fell in love with it... never could get a lvl 8 weapon though...
:O
What!? Props to Square, FFVII is great, but ... Jade Cocoon is like, my childhood on a black disc - I love that game it has got to have one of the best OST's Ever! And it's so pretty!
Sorry, I'm just a little in shock here....
lol to each his own then I guess.

Before it was Gitaroo Man, but I found it. God, I remember looking everywhere for the thing but no store sold it, until it showed up in one when I wasn't even looking for it and decided to make a quick stop by the PS2 section...

Right now it's the first Roller Coaster Tycoon. WHERE THE FUCK IS THIS GAME. Every time I went to a Gamestop, about 50 times, I checked the PC area several times over and couldn't find it. The original or second roller coaster tycoon is better than the new ones by longshot.

I'll probably eventually just say FUCK IT and when I get the home PC back I'll try buying it off the internet.

Check Walmart's $10 jewel case section. I see the entire collection everytime I go there.

As for those trying to find Shadows of the Colossus and in the US, try Hastings. The one near me has 3 new copies of the GH version for 19.99. It might be on their website even.

And I have an extra US copy of Eternal Darkness if anyone is looking.

Oh wait, you're serious? Might as well check it out when I'm there next time.

I want oddworld: stranger's wrath

I got to play it once, when a friend brought it over a long time ago, but now I can't find a copy of it anywhere.
I played that game, it's aged a little now, but what fond memories. The story was good too; and the artwork! o_O

The game I found once: a half broken version, so scratched it wouldn't progress past half way, and that I would thoroughly love to find and play sometime is:

Jade Cocoon 2

It seems to be almost unheard of anywhere; let alone sold.

Yeah surprisingly I can find games that I wanted and no one else can find at my local walmart. They've had an age of empires collection for ages.

For me, I can never find it...Damage Incorperated. One of the best shooters of the mid nineties.

I'm not in that situation anymore, but I had issues with KOTOR II. Checked almost every store in the city (every once in a while for a couple of months maybe a bit more) and couldn't find. Finally 6-7 months later(long after I've given up hope) there it was... the only copy too. Oddly enough never had the issue with the first.

For those not averse to buying games off of the internet, this site [http://www.gamestracker.com/] is pretty helpful. Personally, I'm not really looking for anything right now. I just bought Bloody Roar for the Gamecube because I was half looking for that one for a while.
