There was a girl my freshmen year that "flirted" with me thoughout the year. She was cute and all, but I was never sure if she was being serious or was pulling a prank. I am a quiet person around people I don't hang out with, so she did not really know anything about me except I was a nerd in terms of class performance. Evenetually, a guy in the class asked me if I liked her or not. Of course, I wasn;t going to say outright that I though she looked nice, so I played it safe saying shes not my type, and she overheard it. To this day, I don't know if she was pulling a prank or being serious, but she did stop "bugging" me afterward which makes me regret being as cautious as I was.

I had a few get away, but then they turned out not to like me because...well, honestly, it's hard for a liberal Atheist to date a conservative Mennonite girl...the parents get frigging pissed and act like I'm the anti-Christ. To be fair, I did make it worse by arguing with them, but that was only after they started.

But no, I never regret not being with a girl. No relationship (barring parents) is long-term for me at this point; most of my family now ignores each other and I'm about to leave my friends when I go off to college.

Yeah I had that one that got away:
Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, 3 different types of coldcuts, bacon, spicy mayo, honey mustard, red onions, some roasted red peppers...
Disappeared from the fridge.
My brother ate it.
Shit.
Until I made a better sandwich the next day.

There was a girl that got a way but she got away for two reasons:
A) I'm a coward.
B) I probably acted like a douche.
Either way, it was my fault.
Aw, I'm sad now.
I'm gonna go back to my cave and cry- I mean... uh... be... manly. Yeah... MANLY... Let's go with that.

For a second, I thought you were talking about a salad.

Nope. Never had a girl that got away, because there wasn't one.

People don't seem to believe me when I say that I've never been in love.

Back when I lived in California I fell for this girl who was absolutely perfect in every way. We would hang out all the time, and take lil trips together for the weekend and such. Then a mutual friend went and ruined everything by confessing her love for me, and when I did the mature and honorable thing ie. told her that I was flattered, but that I really had feelings for the other girl. She went and sabotaged my relationship, costing me what could have been the best thing in my life. God women can be so evil.

I was a week away (think grown up camp where you actually learn something) and there was a guy I liked. I spent the whole of the last night trying to pluck up the courage to tell him how I felt, and totally bottled out. I then left early the following morning because I was sick, so he never knew.

HOWEVER I'm glad it turned out this way. I have learnt from this mistake and I will never let it happen again.

Yeah I had one that got away...
My fault though, I broke up over someone that got between us and never regretted anything as much >.>

I had a friend who was a girl. It was blatent that I fancied her. Kinda embarrissing how obvious it was.

I always put off asking her out, because I had this weird feeling that she'd either say no, and we'd stop being friends, or she'd say yes, but then we'd end up like all the other prigs in the school who go out because "it's what you do" and end up hating each other.

Eventually I got pushed into asking by a 'friend' of mine, she said no and then acted like it never happend. I sure as hell ain't bringing it up

I've got a girlfriend at the moment. It's going to suck if we stop dating because her and her family are awesome.
Lol.

There was 'one that got away'; I never got up the courage to ask her out, even though I really liked her. She ended up never knowing. I learnt never to let that happen again...

Which led onto a couple of escapades...
[small]but I don't talk about them...[/small]
