Are there any games that you got to play a bit of, like the demo or at a friend's house, that you really liked and planned on getting, but then never did? Any games that you still long to play fully but now cannot, since you can't find a copy or it's incompatible with your newer PC?

I have some. For some reason, the one that popped up and spurred me to make this thread is Drakan - I played the demo for this 3rd person action game where you control a young female warrior and her draconic comrade. It was sweet. But I never did get my hands on a full copy and now, most likely never will...

Lol I remember playing Team Park World at MY FRIEND SIMEN'S HOUSE (sry about that) and now that I bought it at SOME SHOP THAT SELLS GAMES (again. sry) the shit won't play on other versions then Windows 2000. Meh.

Some OLD computer game called stunts (well thats what we called it, I think its real name was Crash Course) which was some crappy, glitchy driving game which involved racing around a track and crashing... lots. It was great! I doubt I'll ever play it again sigh...

Mobile Suit Gundam: Zeonic Front. I bought the game new when I was too young to appreciate it, pawned it, and I've never seen it again... GOD I'M SO ASHAMED!

Pretty much all PS1 games I ever played. When I got my PS2, I thought I would finally be able to obtain all of them for myself, as I enjoyed them so much.

Only got a hold of 20% of them.

Mars Maniacs had a demo. It was basically this really really fast hover racing type game (think F-Zero) on the PC.

I never got the actual game because it was never released.

Man, and I played that dingy little demo track it had longer than I've played some recently released games.
