and im assuming you meant mAnkey? that was Ash's hat (incidently, of the 3 pokemon families based on primates, ash has had his hat stolen by 2 of them)

correct, Smeargle can sketch almost any other move so most other signature moves are NOT truely unique to them, however smeargle cannot Sketch chatot's Chatter, so that's the other one

I read the smeargle and chatot things but what about Dittos' Tranform?? Isn't that one unique also or what were you after?

Jirachi and Mew are all I got. And even Mew is just an assumption since it knows basically every move.

Transform is not the answer.
