Incorrect buddy, It was Garry Oak as he faced Giovanni in a gym leader battle off screen after-which he warned Ash about a poke'mon that was so strong he couldn't believe! Then Mewtwo burst through the roof with metal falling off from the training armor seen in Poke'mon the first movie where you also see the battle that took place between Garry and Giovanni.

Well thats if you don't count super-effectiveness.
Theres a couple of 150 power moves that if you have a 4x mulitplier will do 600 damage
also theres the one hit-KO moves.

togepi evolves by leveling up with max happiness, so tegekiss has to be at least level 2, and elekid and magby both evolve at level 30, sorry, but you be wrong there

correct, but there is one more, the only pokemon that can evolve twice without haveing to level up, the pokemon that was near enough to impossible to get up to gen 4, where it was practically, no... it WAS given away, the pokemon that appeared in the anime only once and was forever banned from it from that point onwards! (anyone got it yet?)

I know this one by heart

A maxed Sp. Atk EV and IV level 100 Charizard on 1/3 health with the ability Blaze and a flame plate/charcoal using Blast Burn during a Sunny Day on a level 1 min EV min IV Sp. Def Paras with the ability 'Dry Skin', possibly holding some kind of nerfing item that I haven't discovered yet.

I think I remembered everything...

Edit: after checking Bulbapedia, turns out that I can also have my charizard boost its special attack by using Ancientpower a bunch of times beforehand. The Paras has also been Energy Ball'd a couple times to reduce its special defence.

i dont want to sound arrogant by openly saying "you're wrong" but i heard that the most powerful attack was a shuckle that's had it's stupidly high defence and stupidly low attack switched round by a move, then uses rollout while holding a metromome and powered up by Helping Hand and uses it on a level one ledyba?
