Pretty much what I thought. I've always been pretty far on the left

Hey! I remember taking this back in high-school!
If I remember correctly I lined up with Gandhi almost exactly.

And the rest of my classes was pretty much in the green. Hilariously the republicans refused to accept it and claimed it was rigged because they didn't line up with their party well enough.

I was plotted right smack dab in the middle of left libertarian which is shockingly close to the Dali lama and Gandhi two individuals who I respect greatly, and have helped shape my world views.

I ended up at (-5,-7) so pretty far left and very far toward the libertarian side. I was expecting something about there so that's cool.

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -2.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.10

Kind of strange, I'm pretty much a Tory voter as well. I thought what I put economically would make me more conservative. Meh, I don't like the liberal parties here anyway.

I wasn't expecting it to come out this extreme but okay. Some of the questions seem kind of abhorrent to me. I worry about people who would strongly agree with them :S but then, their choice I guess. I hope the Tories don't get in at the next election they only care about wealthy people who live in their own little Downton Abbey fantasy world with them.

I always end up on the left side but vertically it stays in the middle altering between Libertarian and Authoritarian.

Hey, us country people hate the Tory leaders as much as the rest of the country! Our votes and views just get taken for granted while the toffs do what they please.

Even Captcha realises everyone hates Cameron and his lot.

Almost right in the middle of the lower left section.

When I saw the question about how mothers should primarily be concerned with child bearing and housework, my jaw almost dropped (if someone here actually believes such a thing, I'll have you know there is not sufficient words in the English and Swedish languages to express my disgust). And then there was the sixth page...good heavens.

Well, this is pretty much exactly how I thought I'd be. I used to be further on the left, but I've moved a bit more right recently.

Economic Left/Right: -6.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.10

Most people here seem to be Libertarians I'm a little higher on the Authoritarian, but that's just because I know without rules people will go too far.

Last time I did one of these, I nailed the bullseye. More center than hollande.

I found it informative.

I have a feeling all the Escapists being so close together is an indicator of our ages and economic levels. I am in my twenties and don't make much money. How about all of you?
