I really enjoy being huge nerd, and I have a lot of friends that I like a lot here at K-State who are into physics as much as I am. I tend to be very worldly when it comes to ideas, meaning that I feel that both optimism and pessimism have their place and that the world is not one sided to either viewpoint.

I also really enjoy drawing my four physics anime maids: Sara Strong, EMily, Winona Weak, and Gwen Gravity. The one I have as my profile pic is EMily, the embodiment of the electromagnetic force.

I also like to view humans as a balanced viewpoint, as inspired by the late great Carl Sagan.

I'm happy because even though I came home from work exhausted today, I know that I did my best and made people smile. I'm damn good at what I do.

I'm absolutely delighted at four things today:
Alien Swarm The Discovery of Axe Cop; the coolest Webcomic I've ever seen that's written by a 5 year old and rivals the level of crazy awesome that Dr. McNinja exudes,
The Discovery of the Axe Cop-Dr. McNinja Crossover, which will win forever, only surpassed by Saxton Hale's chest hair, and this picture:
