Damn, that one was pretty pungent, I probably wont steel that.

I'm somewhat biased to my own terrible jokes, but science based puns are particularly appealing to my jocular nerve.

This is one that requires a little context.

It was during a Mutants and Masterminds (basically superhero D&D) game. My character, Lars Heimdallsen (son of Heimdall, the Norse God) and his companions had just defeated an evil sentient book that was attempting to take control of the high school via the football team.

Lars, having just impaled the book with his sword, gave a savage grin and snarled

'Looks like you're going out of print!'
