I am guessing they are for choreography. Which is cool.

I read a cool idea that maybe they would be bounty hunters. And I totally love that idea.
wouldn't it make more sense to hire the choreographers if thats what they wanted? they are quite different skill sets, i mean being able to play the violin doesn't make you a conductor.

the thing that made the action pieces in the original 3 so good and memorable was they were not really action scenes they were all plot devices they all told important story. as much as i want to see these guys go nuts with light sabers there just not going to have the impact of "if you strike me down...."

Actually, two of them are both. Iko Uwais (Rama) and Yayan Ruhian (Mad Dog/Prakoso) did fight choreography for both The Raid movies in addition to starring in them.

Yeah, bring back Ray Park and his opponent in G.I.Joe and make the lightsabers shorter, more like short katanas or long knives and we're going to have a hell of a 2 hours to sit through :D
Honestly I think this is good, I hope they still keep the fighting a bit slower. Maul was the first one which fighted very fast (due to lack of not using the force?) but then again I liked the slower paced more samurai-ish battles like Count Dooku and the 3 first movies (Vader and co).
But we'll see, we'll see. They did good in Raid movies so I doubt they're that bad choices!
