Why do dogs always like to stick their heads out of the window when they go for a drive, but always get aggressive when you blow into their face?

Because fresh wind doesn't smell like your breathe.
Seriously, If you think about it, we are the same way. We like a nice strong wind in our face, but having a friend or sibling blowing an uncontrolled blast of wind from a concentrated circle(their lips) is just aggravating.
Also, don't dogs have a harder time getting cool and sweating? They let their tongue has loose, because it serves the same function as sweating to them, or something like that. Mix that with a nice wind, and presto, makeshift doggy AC!
Actually, I think the official reason they stick their heads out the window is that they pick up so many smells from the wind blowing by the car, and that's must be like a book or a TV to them.

If we can figure out an efficient way to turn humans into fuel would we go to war with populous third world countries to feed our fuel needs? Would we just secretly use prisoners?

That depends on more detail than you've given.
Can we use this fuel creator on dead bodies as well as live ones, or only one type? Who will have control of these machines, only the most powerful government researchers, or the common citizen?
What will power the fuel creator, simple batteries and electrons, or nuclear factories?

Nit-picking due to my unconfidant nature in my imagination in front of other people aside, I think China and its crowded nation would be in deep shit.

i was just wondering what would happen if all of a sudden you go to your kitchen and your mom,dad,bother,sister,roommate,or spouse was a dinosaur.
i would be like omfg and if s/he was nice it would be like

Well, if I was awoken early by my new dinosaur brother, and was convinced he was friendly and as intelligent as usual, I'd question him to death on how it happened, and if I could receive such a transformation. If i recieve a negative response in the latter area, I'd suggest he take me for a ride then.
We'd (quietly) gallop through the sleepy neighborhood, arriving at my friends house to wake them up and show off.
Also, robbery of nearby convenience stores and violent assaults on our hated enemies and other assholes around town should follow.

Because its like an old senile lover using artificial sex aids and every last ounce of his sexual stamina to please the simple demands of ours that it used to be able to rock us with for seasons at a time. It turns its red face away from us and runs from the room in shame as we look up and curse, "What the fuck? Snow blizzards in March!? Weather, your incompetence has failed me once again!
