Probably some of the games I got for my Amstrad CPC. It's been so long since I even looked at it that I can barely remember any of them, but one that stuck in memory was a game called Roland In Time. It was a hard as nails platformer that ripped off Dr Who for its main character. I think there were ten levels and you could play them in any order, which is good because with most of them I could barely get off the first screen.

Honestly I wouldn't know the number of copies the games I have owned have sold so I can't really comment on rareity so I suppose I will just go with which game I found most difficult to get my hands on, age of empires 2 for the ps2.

Well, I have limited edition copies of Silent Hill 2 and Shadow of the Colossus. Neither is very rare, but just try finding a copy in a second hand games shop!
Also, my brother and I between us have the earliest edition copies of Final Fantasies VII, VIII and IX.

I have to be honest, I thought that game was quiet easy to find (I own a copy). It tends to be a bit expensive though.NathLines said:
I've been told Twilight Princess was harder to find on Gamecube than Wii, and I have the Gamecube version... that's basically as rare as you're gonna get, except maybe FFs VII through IX, which I rarely see anywhere nowadays except on the internet for quite a lot of monies.

Well, since I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to game rarity, the only thing I have to go on is price. I know it's easy to find, but since the price has gone up rather than down over time I thought that it might be considered a bit rare.0takuMetalhead said:

Megaman Legends 2, Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete, Final Fantasy VII, Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance II, Pokemon Crystal. Odd that MS-DOS/Windows games aren't on there (that I could find) otherwise I think my rarest game might be my old 5 1/4 inch floppies of X-Wing or my CD-ROM version (both of them) of Star Crusader.
