What facts?
If its Anime based on Manga then i hear ya.
But there are a lot of series now being based solely on the Manga counterpart.

FMA Brotherhood and Hellsing Ultimate for example.

then you might like some Slice of Life Anime like Azumanga Daiho and Genshiken.


I like realistic Anime too but, i love Anime where people fire lasers out of their faces and they use Giant Mecha to save the universe from flying Lizards.
