It's a fairly ordinary style, but there's nothing wrong with that. All in all, a good avatar. Not too complicated, not too boring.

@Ash: I was thinking I could do something like:
"I see you"
*Reveals and fires cannons*
"Are you still there?"
*looks around and waggles laser*
"Hibernating"
*Hides cannons*
But then I realised about a minute ago that there's a very similar avatar near the top of this very page (EDIT: The previous page), and I hate copying things. Plus, that's probably too ambitious for a first attempt at animation. I expect it would come out fairly badly (in fact, the only reason my current one isn't too bad is that it's too low-res for you to see the badly cropped edges).
