That's a pretty fair game. I wouldn't say it's exactly 50/50 since you have two sides of the coin and an edge.

While I'm aware that a coin is actually slightly biased (due to the faces not being exactly the same) I doubt that the difference gives rise to anything as large as a 1% bias.

Yes! Even if he managed to retain his booze in some kind of stomach he acquired I'd still have a good shout at drinking him under the table.
