You can't. It's not a proper badge, so it's in a fixed position. Even if you try arranging the badges around it it will just jump back to where it was before.

It's not cumulative, it just resets the timer every time you click it. Which made it particularly amusing when people didn't know that and ended up with Beiber everywhere for two days. =D
