Oh ho ho...this place will give the player bad dreams alright. As if everything was designed to freak people out, especially the music. And then there are those twitchy enemies...

EDIT: by music I obviously meant the creepy atmospheric sound effects.

I don't care what anyone says .... seeing a spider this size and then imagining it COULD really happen freaked me the fuck out....

I'm no biologist but I'm fairly certain that the deisgn of a spider means that it can't support growing to a certain size, so you should be ok.

Unless my memory serves me wrong (which is could easily do) in which case all you can do is hope.

Bonus points for the fact that he keeps playing the drum (and kinda sounds like he's singing too) throughout the entire fight.
Never creeped me out as much as the Dead Hand, though.

The troll in the first Harry Potter game on the playstation. I almost had a panic attack every time we got that far in the game (and I have never had a panic attack before, so a) I'm only guessing and b) Holy shitting balls! Never again!)

OT: The sharks on the beach/pirate level of Banjo Kazooie. I couldn't stand being in-game underwater since then until I played Monster Hunter Tri and was able to actually fight back.
