the Scariest Zombie in a video game?

I haven't played many games with zombies, but I have to say that fast headcrab zombies and zombine get to be really scary at the end of the Minerva: Metastasis mod. They spawn in threes, they never stop spawning, and you're always low on ammo.

The Tank or The Witch. the tank cause the world seems like its falling apart when its coming and the witch because, well, she can kill you in 1 hit.

Definitely the fast zombies from Half-Life 2. That screech they make is just...yeeesh...
