Pokemon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow (Gen 1) - Good plus nostalgia
The World Ends With You - Really damn good.
Earthbound - Fun and quirky.
Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal (Gen 2) - Continuity plus nostalgia
Grandia - It's really fun.
Pokemon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow (Gen 1) - Good plus nostalgia

I love both games equally.
But I had to choose one and I loved F3 first, so I suppose it deserves my vote the most.

1) Megaman X5 (General) The game works, the weapons are fun to use, loads of replay value
2) Minecraft (Indie) Because its Minecraft, Enough said
3) Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time (Nostalgia) Most people love this because its a gem from the past
4) Pokemon Emerald (RPG) 3rd gen was the best not only introducing new pokemon but also new strategies for battling. why emerald, generally because of the battle frontier
5) Fire Emblem 7 (Or Just Fire Emblem outside of Japan) (RPG? TBS? Meh, I think its a bit of an undiscovered gem)
