The Sequal That Never Was

Does anyone remember how Balder's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 ended? One of the most obvious sequel hooks ever to exist in a video game and no 3rd installment.

Because no one wanted a sequel to a shitty game that just burnt the Baldur's Gate name.

It wasn't as good as what it was named after I will give you that, but it was a pretty fun game to rent with a friend for a weekend.

Dont get me wrong, they were both fun games to finish but I despise them
They couldve just began with completely new games with a different fucking title.
CHampions of Norrath was awesome aswell

They were riding the coattails of a dead horse I guess :/

I still think we should throw molotovs at the guys that made Dark Alliance 1 & 2.

Yeah Id love a sequel to Jade Empire, I reckon it didd'nt sell well as they probably expected it to do as well as KOTOR which was just a runaway success. I mean if you saw Jade Empire in the shops with no prior knowledge you could understand why someone would see it as just another martial arts game. Ooh boy how far off could you be.

There was never a sequel to Freelancer. Granted, there are still many servers and epically huge mods still open for Freelancer, but most people have moved on and forgotten the game by now( it is 7 years old now).

banjo kazooie three the first 2 were a major part of my child hood and i no nuits and bolts exists but i refuse to acknowledge it because it was 1 on the 360 and 2 epicly ruined.... wish they would go bak to how it originally was all cartoony and stuff
