I was more generous with playing it. I believe I might have made it 10 minutes in. Unbearably awful game.

Right I am in no way defending two worlds but:
Assassins Creed IMO was an absolutely awful game. I'm still incredibly excited about AC2. I know through years of heartbreak and crushed dreams we have been conditioned to believe otherwise but sometimes, just sometimes a sequal can be better than the original.

Also, if people truly learn from past mistakes those dudes learned more in a fortnight than I have in all my years in education combined (I'm now in second year of uni).

Exactly. You guys are all hating on Two Worlds, but come on, they're a small company, and Oblivion is made by fuckin' Bethesda. You can't hold it up to the same standards. Now, if they charge the same price I may have a problem with that, but I'll be sure to pick this one up on the cheap and try it out if nothing else is occupying my 360 at that time.

I enjoyed the first one, though I only put about 25 hours into it. Sure there were some bugs and the mounted combat sucked, but I'm hoping this time around they've improved what they started with the first one.

All you haters out there need to realize that if you don't support smaller companies like this we're just going to get the same games, year in, year out until companies like Bethesda and Bioware turn into companies like EA and Activison. I'm not saying go out and buy this game, I'm just saying, give smaller companies a chance.

I'm hating on Two Worlds because, as a prime example of how poorly developed this game was, the interface pushed my health meter beyond the edge of my TV screen no matter what I did with the video settings. God forbid they let me see if I'm close to dieing or not! This is something that in inexcusable from any game developing company as even I could avoid a blatent disregard for any real professionalism like that. Ok so you have some guy being locked up by Lord Saron(sp?) only to be rescued by some hot ninja chick... sorta. Then you have some old guy fighting the Black Knight. So what is this game about exactly?

It wasn't THAT bad. The dialogue was though, as was the combat for anyone but mages. At high levels a mage is nigh impossible to kill. NECRO POWER!

Also, man, the animations in that game look pretty crappy.

I bought/played/traded in Two Worlds. I guess it wasn't incredibly awful, but I was just.. Disappointed. I mean, it kept me entertained for the duration fo the game (2 weeks or so) but i felt it lacking. Don't get me started on the voice acting/combat. As for the horse-riding, i just walked/teleported everywhere.

Never heard of the first game. But after watching that trailer I did a face palm... I've never seen a trailer that horrible before. Sure it had okay graphics but way it was done was so horrible. The fights looked like two 7 year old waving sticks at each other. I haven't even watched that many game trailers but I still think that's easily the worst.
