I have team-killed once. During a BF2 match with all of my friends, halfway through the match one of my friends switched teams over to my team and everyone yelled "SPY!" and shot him up. It was funny at the time.
I only spawn-kill when they happen to spawn in front of me, I don't wait around for it.

I've done all except Griefed and Cheated.
Unless you mean commiting these "sins" intentionally, then I haven't teamkilled or spawn-killed properly.

I a have done everything on that list except mic spammed, i must be a terrable person then, of course i rarely do any of them, but I have done it.
How can camping be up there? Am I suppose to be constantly moving from spot to spot while they take my flag?

Yes, but never in competitive gaming, as in evryone was ok with it.

Only if it's some total asshole or for fun with some friends. (Possibly also by mistake)

Depends on what you mean with rage quiting, if being raped by 5 scouts using the Force-a-Nature on TF 2, complaining with crude langauge and then quiting counts, yes I have.
Have I ever mic spammed?
People complain about that I DON'T use my mic.

Not sure what that word means, but if it's like complaining about your team, yes I have but mostly not right in their faces.

I have team killed way to often so that is why I stick to regular DMs for the most part. I never intentionally shot any of my team members (when we were playing somewhat seriously) I just am a bit twitchy and tend to shoot anything that moves.
The only times I "ragequit" is normally when I get into a laggy match. When you are watching people teleport all around you and you can't stop them the game is no longer fun and isn't worth the time.
