The Shortest Amount of Time a Game Has Bugged Out On You...

As I post this, Fallout: New Vegas is currently frozen (a huge surprise, I might add) (while saving, I might add also) after I have been playing it for no more than 5 minutes. Yeah. My question to you is, what's the shortest amount of time a game has bugged out or frozen on you? Have you played a game without bugging out (as should happen) or have you bugged out upon starting (as happens way too much)?

I seem to remember FEAR2 pretty much crashing on launch... yeah.

I remember breaking Quake3 by accident so it wouldn't get past the console loader... whee.

Fallout 3's game of the year edition.

I'm not sure if it's just my copy but I can't even play that game for more than 10 minutes without it completely freezing and crashing on me.

The first thing that game to mind is when I downloaded the Scott Pilgrim demo, and it froze in 2 minutes. I loaded the demo, went to the pages that show controls and how to play, went to start the game, selected a character, and then a black screen. Nothing. No game. Just blankness.

Fallout 3 managed to crash every 3 seconds on the Point Lookout DLC, on the Chinese side-quest.

Minecraft, due to a mod I'm trying to make work. The screen goes black when it attempts to generate new chunks, so if I go too far from my starting area it crashes.

still tinkering with mod settings to get it to work.

Not sure it counts, but Dead Rising 2 never even got to open the game on my computer because of some arbitrary error that presented itself because I didn't have the forethought to have "games for windows marketplace" installed. Sooo fastest was technically 00:00.

Anyway the game was Jedi Power Battles [BEST GAME EVER] anyway i got to the press start screen and it froze i think it was 4.5 seconds

I go download the patch.

Try to patch. Crashes.

Fun fun fun. I still love that game.

My copy of Metal Gear Solid 4 froze in the middle of the cut scene where you first see, Liquid.

Then after the part where that Octopus woman thing kills some soldiers at night the game hit the loading screen that never goes away.

My copy of Marine Sharpshooter 2 crashes when I attempt to load the first level.

I did have Haze crash on my twice in thirty minutes in about the same spot each time.

New Vegas crashed on the launcher for me and I've had FO3 crash before it reached the main menu.

I recently went to replay Jedi academy again. It crashed on launch because it wasn't supported by the latest ATI drives, still haven't got around to fixing it. So not really the game's fault but still.

Need For Speed Undercover on the 360 - locked up within 5 minutes the first time I tried to play it.
Restarted the console and tried again - locked up within 5 minutes.
Haven't tried to play it since...

When it was a 360 issue, but whenever I'd play a game I'd go to the load screen and start a game. Basically if I touched the analouge stick the game would freeze. Bye bye 360.

Well, i had Command and Conquer 3 crash during installation.... every time... on every computer....

Oh Halo: Reach matchmaking, why must you be so cruel to people with wireless adapters? I have a really bad connection problem and when playing Reach on Live, it drops like crazy.

Seriously, if I play past about 5:00 pm, then my connection becomes dreadful. Once the game crashed and I became disconnected from Xbox Live all within one minute. My friends keep saying I need a cord but given the units and size of my house, there was no way I could hook my Xbox to my Computer.

So for now, I get to deal with this...
