Okay so what is the single most awesome thing you've seen in your life? it doesn't have to be something moving like mine just really badass. so here's mine.

When Street fighter 4 was released I happened to be at one of the launch tournaments at the mall of America. One of the players couldn't use his hands at all because his fingers were fused together and was in a wheelchair. so the solution was to adjust the control scheme prop up the controller (turned sideways) and play with his chin. He was REALLY good he made it to the final round where he won the first match but then lost the last two, and yes that really did happen.

I woke up at about 8am on a Winter morning to walk to a lecture from halls, it had been very cold and dry the night before, so there was snow everywhere. To top it off the road is lined with lots of trees, all of which were covered in these beautiful crystals of ice.

Apparently it's called hoar frost, but it's definitely one of the best things I've ever seen.

Ah, clever. Good point...Okay, addendum, it was the time my friend - who is the biggest nerd I have ever known - got up on stage and danced to "Goodbye Mr.A" for our school's talent show. It wasn't long enough though so afterward - he said "a fat kid dancing does kinda boring after a while - he and another dude sang the mighty boosh soup song. I couldn't stop laughing

Saw 3 cyclists practically crash into a grizzly bear. They all panicked and cycled off, the bear started walking towards them and then just gave up.

I once saw my friend use a climbing rope to get onto the rafters of our gymnasium and hide there for the rest of the class. As far as in video games go I was once part of a WoW raiding group that simultaneously held every horde Auction House hostage for almost 3 hours.
