I'd buy a DLC that explores your own ties with the dragon legacy and ancestry.
The Dov, being as long lived as they are, probably have an astounding lore all their own. You, the Dragonborn, are the only living person with any ties to them, yet they remain mysterious and enigmatic foes. Every time I plunge my finely honed and enchanted blade into a dragon's skull, I think "I may be killing my distant uncle or something with a sword made of his cousin's femur." There's no way you can know.
I'd enjoy a bit of soul-searching that relates to the flip-side of your family. Maybe muddle in some dragon politics and affairs for a change.
I like this idea - I feel your actual stance as a Dragonborn is not made nearly as important in the game as the reality would actually be. After all, you're a figure of legend and prophecy - so surely you should receive more attention, especially since you saved the world, and no one seems to actually have noticed anything at all.
Perhaps, as would probably be the case, the past Dragonborns have created some sort of sanctuary only they can find and enter, that holds some interesting information?
Or even, dare I say it, a way to transform into a dragon?

A visit to another daedric realm.
Like Moonshadow, Azura's plane.
Edit: Also figured it would make a rather nice contrast with the gritty and unforgiving atmosphere of Skyrim, a sort of refuge for the player to dwell when the cold and bitterness became to much to bear.
That sounds fantastic! I completely love your idea. To me, DLC is something that can add replay value, not just be one questline and then be done - so anything like a new world to explore openly and freely is perfect to me. Especially something inherently different to the main game, like Azura's beautiful world to Skyrim's harsh climate.
Imagine the armour and weapons you could make there as well. The amber and madness kits you could make in the Shivering Isles was awesome.
Besides, Azura is one of the few openly tolerated daedric princes, so for roleplaying sake it doesn't clash too heavily with someone wanting to play a pious Dovahkiin.
