Neodymium manipulation. The manipulation of elemental neodymium in any form.
Well, that's rather specific. I guess if the free world is ever threatened by a giant robot made of neodymium, they'll know who to call xD
Actually, neodymium is a very common metal so I guess if I'm able to control ANY allow of neodymium that wouldn't really be a bad power. A lot of machines with motors use neodymium magnets in the rotor assembly. It's also an important economic material, and I could become rich as a one-man mining operation! Since neodymium is apparently also used in hard drives, I suppose I could somehow use it to hack computers, and according to the wiki is even used in lasers.
Since it's a common elemental metal in many rocks, I'd also have the power to manipulate stone and possibly even magma.
Honestly, seemed kind of "bleh, seriously?" at first but now I'm starting to think I could have done a lot worse.
Doesn't say anything about getting magnet powers though, shame :/ But honestly, since two of my main career interests are metallurgical engineer and metal extraction and processing engineer, this is actually quite fitting.
