Dr. Loveless
"All you need to know is that I didn't kill anyone, you really want an interview then you'll have to find a more private place for us to talk next time." the woman said, which was an odd thing to say really. Did that mean someone had died? Well, regardless he'd caught it on tape.
"I'm gonna hold you to that!" Dr. Loveless called out as he reached the Phantom of the Opera. He made it another five feet before he dropped to his knees. Then came the hard breathing. Then he vomited. "I - *breath* - REALLY - *breath* - need - *breath* - to - *breath* - work - *breath* - out - *breath* - more." he said between breaths. It was very true. Incidentally, he was cutting this particular part of the broadcast out. He had enough trouble with women without them having the image of him throwing up in a street corner on the internet.
When he finished catching his breath he turned to the Phantom. "So... anything to say for your fans?" he said with a smile, completely ignoring his state.

"And you're gonna want to ask her about that." The Crick said, handing her over to the police. "Thanks for saving me The Crick." she said in what sounded like a genuine tone. Truthfully his arrival (or at least the arrival of someone like him) was expected, but she couldn't help but be annoyed with his exact timing. Another minute and she'd have accomplished everything she needed.
Thereafter she made her way to the police. It didn't take long to clear herself of the basic charges - it was her bank after all and she'd been in there legally as all of the bank staff attested. The matter of the security guard's death was a bit more difficult to explain, but all it took was a tearful description of the "events" saying how the gun had been hers (for which she had all the proper documentation to carry) and how he'd made a ploy to stop the robber, triggering a disastrous series of events that lead to the gun tragically misfiring at guard.
No one would question the story too hard; that was why she donated generously to the policeman's retirement fund. Well, that and... other reasons.
Needless to say she had a lot of work to do now; making a scholarship in the "fallen hero's" name and reassuring her stockholders. All in all, it wouldn't be too bad and it all played into her hand well. "If only Kitsu and the girls could see me now" she thought.
