I've seen this done before at a Halloween party. Very easy and very effective; it was quite popular. Just run around high-fiving people. Some green scrubs, cut off the arms, silly bandanna, and some tennis shoes. Maybe a name tag that says "Todd" on it for those that are completely smashed.
