Okayyy, here's what you get:
CPUIntel i7 core. (not extreme) (Overclock it to 4.0 ghz) Quad core maybe?
RAM8Gb Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz RAM It looks pretty cheap, get
12GB maybe.
HDD or SSDTo have more space, 1.5TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive - $99 on Amazon
To have higher transfer speed, 128GB SSD (for the same price as HDD above)
Motherboard idk find something xD I don't know motherboards, not anything cheap that stands out.
GPU GeForce GTX 560 - $180
OS Win 7 Ultimate.
Where to buy? Well, I found a few online for a good price, the rest you'll have to find yourself. Avoid AMD and ATi. Look at more than one site.
HDD (Not SSD): http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Barracuda-3-5-Inch-Internal-ST1000DM003/dp/B005T3GRNW
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 560 [http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121466&nm_mc=OTC-Channel&cm_mmc=OTC-channel-_-Video+Cards-_-ASUS-_-14121466&srccode=cii_7240466&cpncode=32-14303356&DEPA=0&refer=channel&CMP=OTC-]

From $140, a bit better. [http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&safe=off&q=12GB+RAM&psj=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&biw=1280&bih=909&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=6995023313574768461&sa=X&ei=tMdEUPDfNcGgyAHZoIGwCw&ved=0CKsBEOUNMAE]
Everything should be under $1000. Unless it wasn't a typo and you have $30,000. Or it was a typo for $3000. If it was the latter, disregard my advice, because you can get much better.
That's all I got. Good luck with your PC!
