But that's a joke, they're probably just drawing attention to this community mod. If this is a serious game update, it will be game breaking. MY FAVOURITE SHOOTER RUINED! AUUUUUGH. First MW2, now this.

This actually proves (Or disproves?) nothing. The user might've just gotten hold of the screenshot before Valve posted it.

Yes, yes it was. Basically, Valve is saying "Oh, hey, that's not a bad idea. We'll consider it".
It's not certain, and they're not actually promising anything yet. But there is a chance that it might go through.
A chance, not much more though...

It doesn't seem likely, and besides the characters don't have the TF2 lighting style, except in the ingame shops.

Besides, you REALLY think valve is going to take an ENORMOUS risk by putting animals in a game where they can be killed?

I must admit though, it's a VERY good shop.

It's a joke with a counter-joke set up by the tf2 bloggers. The guard dog image was posted by a steam forum member yesterday and seems to have been well recieved by valve.
I very much doubt that there ever will be a tenth class, let alone a weird dog. I mean jars of pee are one thing but how on earth are you meant to backstab a quadruped half your height?

And everyone knows spies come first.

The first link is a fake...they misspelled BLU and on the damn screenshot it says LICENSE NOT INCLUDED! Really you need a bigger sign? Can you put your brains working for a second?

And on the TF2 blog if you looked at the paper thing and the whole post it says PATENT PENDING, and the paper just talks about how Valve would like to work in the future with whoever did this.

It's not rocket science....

Except the picture of the sniper with the dog shows them to be twice as large as they should be. Look to the left of the Sniper, there are rails. Those are normally waist-chest height height.
