I'll up you one there:

Toilet snakes. From the plumbing.

Enjoy the uneasiness.
When I was on holiday in Queensland, my mum went to the toilet in the middle of the night and almost got bitten by a snake curled up on the toilet :S

This. Note, most of the video is preaching, just watch the first half or so.

EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xV8NLu36Sz0&feature=related

This one has no preaching, but no back-story either. It's just the recording.
Oh. Dear. God.
I can't tell if you're scared or just disappointed. If disappointed, I can understand. If scared... well, yeah, I can understand.

I hate big spiders and certain insects but other that nothing else. I prefer the dark because it is peaceful and I find that if you be the predator (or at least pretend to be) hiding in the darkness then its way less scary.

Mirrors in a darkened room.
I'm with you on that one, 'specially when there's a dim light somewhere in another room causing shadows.
My imagination can really be a bastard sometimes.

Zombies

I knwo what your going to say they are slow and easily avoided

Zombies-Undead strong slow bullet soaking monsters of hell it self (Dead frontier) ( and a few others)
scare me to no end when ever i play a Zombie game at Night i can't stand to be near a window sleep Or look out into the dark see its the being Bitten by zombie becoming a zombie that really gets me though I can't live with out controlign my destiny

Zombie mutations don't scare me as much since they don't look as human and are more likley to kill you than make you a zombie But there are exceptions such as Nemisis from RE3 Hypnoss from RES ( re survivor)

and Then i am scared of the head crabs from the Half life saga yea the zombies again

I know zombies arn't the most adapt at killing its just seeing some thing you know is dead walking towards you the darkness and the sense of its only a matter of time before its some one else killing your courpse

You know in horror movies when someone is in the bathroom washing their face, and they look up and some monster/murderer/thing's reflection is in the mirror and they scream? I'm afraid of that, so I refuse to look in mirror's at night.

I'm afraid of anything I can't kill. That's why if I ever play Silent Hill: Shattered Memories when it comes out I'll probably shit myself sideways.

I'm not really scared of anything else though. I get creeped out sometimes but never really scared.

My fear is probably the least effective in the long run monster : zombies.

They just creep me out, the moaning, the rotting mass, the devouring other people, the spreading their disease thing, oh jeez......

A lot of things creep and scare me. A lot. For example, that scary clown picture I saw while I was scrolling down this page quickly. A big thank you to whoever posted that for my nightmares tonight. Anywho.

I'm majorly- and when I say majorly, I mean MAJORLY paranoid- so I'm afraid of a lot of things. I feel that when I run up my stairs at night I need to run as fast as I can, from some unseen being. When I hear a tap at my door or window I never assume it's just the wind or trees. I mean, I don't think it's a monster, but I always assume it's someone trying to break in.

As of lately I've been thinking I hear voices when they're not there, such as people calling to me, and more recently, screaming. That kind of blood curling scream that someone screams before they die, or while being stabbed to death, or something. That kind of thing too absolutely scares the crap out of me.

If I think about it, I can almost see things form in the corner of my eyes, such as if I think about seeing a demonic looking something (oh, I don't know, that clown someone posted earlier? -_-; Thank you, good sir. Or ma'am.) staring at me, it kind of ... forms, and I can see it. Creepy stuff.

Pitch black. Just having no idea what's around the corner or outside the window.

Lots of people screaming and shouting? I'd imagine so.

That or if I hear a sound at night opening my eyes in case something like [a href=http://www.everythingscary.com/scary/games/images/scary-smile.jpg] this[/a] is there.
I need to find out how to embed images...

Blech. I can see why.
...I swear, if you look just a little to the side of that picture, it looks like the eyes have turned to look right at you. Ergh.

Now. What are my fears?

And the other would be when I accidently summoned Cthulhu in my bathroom.
No, I'm not joking. I'm 100% serious.
I could see the light dim as if something was blocking the door and I felt a gust of warm air on my neck, coming from slightly above. Of course, when I turned around there was nothing there, so I figured it was just my imagination, and that I was tired.
That night I slept very badly and dreamt of shrill flutes being "played" in no particular melody, just a long series of noises. And anyone who knows their Lovecraft know why that is a bad thing.
I then woke up in the middle of the night to hear some sounds fade away. The "splotch, splotch, splotch" of something big, wet and slimy walking across my floor.

Basically I crawled into the corner of my bed and sat there, hugging my knees and desperately focusing only on keeping my eyes shut, and feeling the wall pressed against my back because I just knew that if I forgot about either for just a split second, and opened my eyes to see what was in front of me, or forgot that I wasn't anywhere else than in my room I'd be dead.
The worst part is, whilst hearing no sound, you can feel every damp breath he takes and exhales brush against your closed eyelids, and you know that each drop of sweat from your face is thoroughly smelled. He will wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and there is nothing you can do about it. Don't. open. your. eyes.

And with that little detail, I made your dream 20 times more scary. You're welcome.
Heh, I'm assuming you meant that for the one who said that he wouldn't be able to sleep after reading my post.
Because for me.. Well, you think a few words will be scarier than having it happen to you?
