In Disturbed's "Shout 2000", when the final refrain sets in. To me, it is power incarnate, a bolt of lightning right down my spine that supercharges me, making me feel like I can punch out God.

Devil May Cry 4 was one of the games I got with my 360.

Just the whole damn opening fight.
I don't care if I wasn't doing the stuff in the cutscenes, it was still fucking awesome.

(pay attention to 2:22-3:30)
harry potter movies when they get a particularly good part of the movie in sync with how it happened in the book.

mostly for me it happens with music or sounds though, could be the movie's sound track or the song i'm listening to.

Moonsorrows V: Hävitetty gave me those tingles, a truly epic album there.
Gallhammers Ill Innocence also gave me the tingles with how brutally beautiful it is. Now not many people would be with me in saying that it is beautiful, but I just can't find any better words to describe it other than Brutally Beautiful.

I've got a lot of it.

End of Portal 2
Just from when Wheatley booby traps the stalemate button towhen Glados brings you back inside

This piece of music.
Specifically when used in this cutscene.

This fight scene. Part 1 and Part 2

Some Pony stuff.
Violin awesome.
Luna stuff

Oh and this is pretty awesome to.

Really this is why I search the internet. Just to find this stuff that gives me chills through use of sheer magnificence of beauty. Occasional things that surprise you with how perfectly they fit together.
I've found tons of it so I wouldn't be able to post all of it because I would spend days posting stuff.

The song from the beginning of "At Worlds End" gave me the chills, its so creepy/awesome.
Actually, one bit that never fails to get at me is when the Flying Dutchman makes her first appearance in aWE, when the ship crashes to the surface, gunports open and proceed to kick pirate ass... that theme is repeated quite a bit, and it's quite poignant, I think.
The Kraken's first appearance (especially when combined with its theme tune) in Dead Man's Chest is also pretty fucking awesome.

Thistles and Weeds is a great song
Agreed.

Two recent 'tingles' I've had were both from The Song Of Fire & Ice series. The first was the Game Of Thrones tv show, the ending of Baelor - THAT surprise death if you don't know. The second was the book Storm Of Swords Part 2, The Red Wedding.

Haven't had many Game tingles but I'd say the final talk between John and Dutch in Red Dead Redemption comes the closest.

In Mass Effect 2:
- the part where the Normandy SR2 gets shown for the first time
- the ending where the characters run + the part where they show the reaper army coming

Other than that...every time I hear "Heart of Courage" and "Protectors of the Earth" from Two Steps From Hell...oh and every time I hear the ending theme from Deus Ex - Human Revolution.

Goosebumps, eh? Well, I can't remember so many positive moments where sounds gave me goosebumps, however, I've had some negative encounters giving me goosebumps. Like terrible voice acting and terrible quality at high music.

Big Zelda fan. This whole piece makes me "Tingle" (see what I did there?) :D It just feels so courageous and epic, to use the non-internet sense of the word.

Same reasons as before :)

Really, most/all Zelda songs are superb, but the sheer scale of these two really moves me XD

From the awesome? Inception's finale, trying to tie it all in together with the amazing soundtrack going on.

Last time I remember that anyway.

In the song "Under Pressure" when they're getting up to that last bit and everyone is just belting out the lyrics, I get serious goosebumps and tingles. The same goes for "Somebody to Love". You know what? Pretty much any song sung by Freddy Mercury could give me the tingles.
