Impressive video.

I'm not sure I can add anything more to this thread, except the following gif.
I don't even know what game it's from (it might be fake, I have no idea). I'm sure someone will know.
That would be Modern Warfare 2. And while looking pretty rad, my fake gif. sense is tingling. But, since it is a COD game, anything is possible
it's from a joke video, I don't remember which but it's taking the piss out of the commando perk

I haven't played BF3, but I remember playing BF2 once, and I managed to land a tank shell right in the cockpit of an enemy jet that was about to bomb me. Most of the rest of my time playing battlefield games was spent crashing cars, tanks and helicopters. I never let myself fly the planes.

This is what you call a "zooker", usually done with a SMAW/RPG-7. Its also done in BF 1943 with a aerial loop.

Very impressive.

I think i just shat a mass equivalent to a 9-plannet binary solar system, it was that awesome.

Also the closest i ever came to something that great was in Team Fortress 2 where i was being chased by 4 or so opponents. I took a wrong turn and they took the opportunity to box me in and rush me to death.

Normally that would have killed me, but i rocket jumped straight upwards, aimed downwards, made a pact with the Random Number God, then shot a crit rocket downwards that killed all 4 of my pursuers. I then died of fall damage.

Another more recent one happened in MAG during an Acquisition game. Parachuted in after getting my soldiery self blow to bits by a grenade, and what do I see. I see an enemy bunker sitting only a short distance away. So me and two other people move on it, one of them plants the bomb to blow it up, next thing we know the enemy is swarming out of the bunker trying to defuse the bomb. We hold them of until the bomb is just about to blow, and right before it does, I jump from the area it was on to a lower area. As I land the bunker goes sky high, and I walk away thinking about how great I must look now.
Wow, I didn't think anyone else here played MAG! Certainly lots of potential for epic moments in that game too, though. my personal favorite is the time when a group of guys were camping with lmgs in a sabotage match (at Valor's C objective FYI), and just laying waste to my team. I managed to sneak up the back stairs with a shotgun and slaughtered half the enemy team. Needless to say, the charges were detonated shortly afterwards.

Reminds me of the time I was playing Warhawk with my friend, I got in a turret fire two shots off into the distance and though "Damn, I'm never gonna get a kill with this. I suck too much at aiming" So a got out to go somewhere else, while the bullets I fired hit a plane on the other side of the map and got me a kill.

However, that was less incredible and also was unintentional when compared to that vid.

I've lost count of the number of epic things I've done on TF2, one of my greatest escapes has to be the time when I was playing scout, a Heavy and a Medic had me cornered so in a desperate suicidal attempt to live, I jumped at the Heavy, landed on his head jumped across onto the Medics head, then jumped once more towards a ledge I couldn't possibly have made it to... Until a Soldier undernearth me rocket jumped and hit his head on my legs effectively allowing to me to do a quad-jump. I was as confused as I was relieved.

Mother of cheese! I don't like FPS games that much, and as a result don't watch many kill-vids, but that's the best one I've ever seen.

Ill just relay some things ive done as an Engie.

One time as an Engie was when a sentry i placed and was maintaining got destroyed by a ubered heavy. Now that in itself is hardly unusual, but he lasted a good 5 seconds of sentry fire after the uber depleted and before the sentry died.

Now at the moment of my sentry being destroyed a luckless team-mate wandered in and started shooting at the heavy, the heavy turned distracted, at which point i jumped off the ledge onto his head and gave him two crit wrenches. My other team-mate survived, and he picked off the medic.

Another time me and two other engies were turtling in an intel room. Until two heavy-medics with ready ubers showed up.

In a moment of partial desperation i took my sentry from its watchpoint, placed it in a hidden spot where it would be safe, then went to work repairing the sentry of an absent engie. Once that sentry i was repairing and the other engie and his sentry were dead i picked up my gun, and placed it where it would have a flawless view of the remaining heavy-medic taking the intelligence. They did not survive, i also got an actual compliment from them for it too.

On a side note, when i get a good medic, my exploits as Heavy have gotten me banned from servers in the past. Im talking in terms of 50+ killstreaks and sometimes dominating an entire team of 12 as i strided across the map with Sasha singing her joys where appropiate and the intelligence on my back.

Its is comparable to the ubercharge scene in Meet the Medic, only without the uber, and the pile of corpses, and my uncanny ability to know when spies were coming after me.

I never did let on that with headphones it really was possible to hear footsteps, but it didnt seem appropiate in the face of the cries of "HAX".

My friend was talking about this yesterday.

I've never gotten anything as insane as this, but I did somehow yesterday manage to get a shitload of really interesting kills.

The first one was somehow squashing a random sniper that I didn't even see in a jet when I was dive bombing a flag. It was insane.

Then one before this I managed to get a few months back was when I was in a plane and got shot down, and when I parachuted down into the fight I knifed someone on the way down before I even landed.

this is an amazing kill but as a fan of online fps i dont like trick shots, there is skill involved but also allot of luck, he would have tried the same shot and similar shots hundreds of tries to hit that one shot
The thing about these is that you can't really do this a hundred times. It takes forever to set up a shot like this.
i mostly play the objective but sometimes i just go for kill streaks and my best is around 20 (i lost count of kills) sniping on the 2nd base on that map on offense you can hide in the rocks on your right flank and pick people off all day provided you move allot between shots because they have next to no cover and a small area to move in as the sea is on their left side, so its like shooting noob fish in a barrel most of my streaks (including that one) get ended by tanks because i play sniper and your helpless against tanks, i really dislike the vehicles in bf3, one of the reasons why i swapped to mw3
As a former CoD player, switching to Battlefield was tough in terms of dealing with vehicles. It's a little ridiculous that only two out of the 4 classes can realistically do anything to them, so it's hard not to say that they're a little overpowered.

The problem with the game on the axbox is that there are a few maps where an entire team can be in the 2 tanks and LAV. When there's only 12 people on each team, it brings the game to a halt.

The thing you gotta do is just learn that you can't win every fight, especially when they're in a vehicle.

The last good kill was actually a mix of a Flag take and a kill in Tribes. I was trying to capture a flag in Deathmatch for the XP of holding it, but there was someone skiing right into it on the other team. So, as a soldier, out my little grenade pistol and fire at the flag, with the intent of "I can just redirect myself to grab it after pushing it out of his way. Lo and behold, he's about to get the flag when *boom* the flag launched (In my line of Movement no less) and I got a lucky kill and flag take.

It was in Dark Souls. I was in the forest level and kept using that chameleon spell to pretend to be a bush. I followed a guy halfway around the map before 1hit backstabbing him. >w<

Thats only something you can do in Halo. Now it can be accomplished in a realistic war game? Awesome....
"realistic war game" my ass
Do I have to be THAT specific?

Fine, a realistic war game with exceptions in terms of plot, recharging health, and some military equipment, all other factors such as physics and such are about as real as we will get.

I hate to be a sour puss, but does no one here claim BS? I mean, what if all these videos are staged? Also, aren't their headshot hacks too? I really want to say this is awesome sauce, but I'm also a doubter. Anyone else call bullshit?
