Pretty much every thread related to zombies. They need to die...
But knowing zombies... they'll just pop up again, more rotten than ever :p
Then you've got to use fire :p
Oh, rookie mistake there!

Remember: If there is anything worse than a horde of zombie running at you, it's a horde of zombies on fire..running at you.
Can't we, you know, cut their legs, then set them on fire?
That could work, unless they're Necromorphs.....

All of the 'wow, thank you guy's for being so awesome, isn't the escapist community just great' threads. They sicken me.
This, the circle jerk factor on this website is unbelievable sometimes.

It's overkill but I suppose we could spare them no mercy for we shall receive none in exchange.

Seems the entire "Mass Effect is blah bloo blee blah" thread is very overdone. I liked the game and all, but does it need to be brought up over and over again like this?

Any "Why all the hate for/why all the love for..." and "Am I the only one that liked..." could be answered in one simple line: People have different opinions. Why can't people grasp that?
yep. looks like i've been voiced here as well.

and the topics about "oh my life blows, so im going to take it out on you all" or the ever-popular "do they like me? should i just stick the tip in?" etc.

Sometimes people want a more informed view from another perspective. The "Am I the only one who liked...." don't really go anywhere but the threads you mentioned before that do have some merit in my eyes.

I don't really know. Anime and Zombie do seem to be over-done, but it's not hard to just ignore it.

What annoys me more on forums is someone going into a thread they know they will hate, and go on about how stupid/annoying it is. Why don't you just leave it alone?

"if you could choose one weapon what would it be?" those annoy me because i highly doubt that very many people have had much contact with much in the way of weapons and almost certantly not a variaty of them so its just a big nerd off over things people think look cool and what they have read rather then acctual informed discussion

Quite true actually, Anime is just the way it is drawn or animated. Threads which something personal, like for example: How well are you doing with your grades? But then the forum poster goes on rambling for ages about how they get straight A's and 97% on all their tests for lines and lines but then finish with how about you? It's bullshit, it's not like the forum poster actually cares, he just wanted to show off how great his life is.

Threads about Metal music being misunderstood or unappreciated, it's so annoying that loads of people listen to Metal music but then act as if everyone around them hates it.

Threads were people try to act poetically deep by trying to analyze the world, the universe or human nature with extremely depressing statements "I had a pet squirrel, it died, this shows how all humans do is try to make money and try to live through their possessions with their cruel sad lives." These threads are so bloody superfluous and they frequently end up with the same people giving the same answers like they're so god damn emotional. If you seek poetic depressive things and/or emotions, go watch the Elfen Lied series or go to your local DvD rental and get 5 movies in the section "Drama" and then at the end when you see the protagonists father die from cancer you can do your little appalling attempt to cry and then act as if you have some profound new ideas on life and humanity as a whole so you can write them in your diary as you fall to sleep falsely content, because you think you are more emotional than every bloody person on the planet. *gasps for air* Sorry that was a long one, but I got into some serious business there.

The generic romance advice threads,i mean if you're going to whine about your love life at least try to be more than "not sure if girl A likes me cuz i'm all brooding and deep thoughts?"

I'm not against romance problems threads really, i just wish they were less generic... Needs moar aliens, time travellers and...
So few of us people with a strong creative brain and a powerful imagination left. All threads need more Aliens and time travelers until those threads become generic... but of course at that point we would have discussed time travel enough we could go back in time and stop ourselves from talking about time travel threads in the first place :D.....No, wait a sec-

OT I've said all I needed to say in my recent post, so I will say one more one. People who post a topic that is extremely rude and angry towards something and then when people try to say what they think about it the forum poster tells them to "fuck off" because their contribution to the forum is stupid. It happened once with an Assassins Creed Brotherhood post, the poster said "I don't get why this level is so hard, I mean you've gotta blah blah blah!" and he wen't on for ages and when someone said "But the game is designed to play how -protagonists name- would have done it, it shows the struggle and difficulties he had to put up with" Oh man did that guy get verbally abused by the maker of the topic.

Threads that start with 'Am I the only one...'

Also all the threads recently along the lines of 'The last video game character you played/killed is now... etc etc and all the variations.'

I can see why they would be curious about what people like about the said games, to see what the appeal may be, but I've frequently seen things like, "I hate [name of game], but my friends love it, what the hell is this witchcraft???!"

No. When you really get down to it, anime is basically about by whom or where it is drawn or animated. Anime doesn't have a unified style any more than western animations have. For example:

Avatar: The Last Airbender = not anime
Jagainu-kun [http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=3977] = anime

Yes! Let's stop talking about them and take action against the shuffling menace! The problem must be dealt with directly! The time for talk is over! To arms!

On a completely unrelated note, I cannot stand the "I am crying about relationship drama" threads. I hate them, and I troll them everytime. The advice is always the same. "Go talk to her!" And, the OP always shoots down the advice, and is back to square one. Don't waste our time then, you whiney bastard!

Threads that don't have interesting articles to read then post something relevant. I dislike seeing generic "Poll:lolshooters are they fun!?" For the small amount of threads I make I try and at least think a bit before I post or if I need game advice where I know I'll get the info I'm looking for so I don't buy an awful game.
