@Naut: in that case, I guess I'm ready for the time skip to the first place in the forest whenever (i figure you will initiate it when you have buyin from the players who post regularly)

Eeyup, that's about right. Oh, and if anyone's wondering about my latest post, that's what happens when I realize that viking hasn't posted since June 4th (He did mention something about exams awhile back) and when I need an excuse to name a few random side characters.

Fuck, looks like I misread it. My brain crapped out on me the first time around and read it as if Mark was the one who fled, but in turn it was Damien retreating...well fuck, maybe this is why I should've spoken to Red before I started this whole...well actually, he was going along with it earlier so I think he's cool with it. No reason why the other dragons couldn't hold down the fort while he tries to gain more power.
Oh, I thought it was just a typo in the last post actually. But yah, Mark's down a few levels, doesn't mean these guys don't know he's not with them I guess.
Yeah, they also tend to make her a bit Nauteous. (That ones...kinda iffy.)
Oh that reminds, I updated Atticus's character profile to include his view on the Torinia meeting with Faunra and also part of his personality, explaining his...peculiar sense of humor.
I though that was indeed a Naut of a problem but it was brought to Hiel and showed the way out. When I Red through the entire thread there was some Dry points that me go oh Hno with irregularities. Usually didn't need to say anything as someone already Asc-ed about it either way. They were also quite self-Evrant when it came down to it.

As for the puns, well when it Rayn's it pours, No?

@asc: I think you are runninginto the same problem I did when I started the limit of infinity: too many details. In trying to give a comprehensive list of what is in the universe, I made it so long noone would want to read it. I cut down the information to make it more managable. Of course, this made some problems of its own (such as a bug shaman. (Jk) ^_^)
Maybe give a summary of the info for the not so indoctrinated (or the people like me who want to play but oh ma gosh limit of infinity PMs)
Culture RPG isn't getting sheets, which makes me haz a sad.
I want to post and have to ask for a recap. Sorry. In the meantime, here's a few more levels I was thinking of. I'd put the total number of floors in the Tower of Druaga at 60, plus the top.
The Web Fells
A bizarre land of ancient forest, hills, plateaus, grassy treeless valleys and scattered with villages and monoliths. Many great trees in this area have white trunks and seem to be petrified, as if some unseen force was literally sucking the life from them. The tree limbs and canopy are thick with webs, reflecting what light makes its way through the tree tops. The forest holds many other deadly creatures and natural traps such as massive spiders, monstrous worms and various carnivorous plants. Furthermore, the areas free of vegetation are frequently filled with webs intended to trap hapless victims. This forces many people to chose the more sinuous, overgrown paths through the forest, which slows travel and increases the likelihood that you will run into trouble. The swampy region likewise has its own perils. Many monstrous species of insects inhabit this area as there is less webbing. Quick mud is another danger, sucking many unwary travelers to their doom. Beneath the forest spreads a complex system of caves and tunnels. Some are natural, and some are not. The natives inhabit this complex labyrinth, using it not only as their main home but also as a means of quickly moving from one area to the next.
The Sea of Clouds
This level is a zone of massive fog-bound cliffs over a roaring ocean below. The ground is blanketed with mist, and is battered by storms and extremely powerful cyclonic winds, with some gusts violent enough to carry a person away. The fog here is magical and has strange properties. It remains unaffected by the wind and even offers slight protection against it when thick enough. This is a blessing for light creatures such as humans, who inhabit and build cities along the cliff faces. However, the mist also tends to saturate the wind with magic and sometimes changes its direction, creating zones of turbulence that can turn into tornadoes, a rare but dangerous phenomenon. The fauna of the Sea of Clouds have adapted to the environment, with strong or immaterial wings in order to be able to fly in the relentless wind, while cliff creatures are heavy, often possessing a shell. Legends tell of the old ruins of an ancient, and rich, civilization standing somewhere in the ocean. It's yet to be found though, lost as it is in the sheer drop and the perpetual fog.
Carnaxius
This floor is dominated by a range of living mountains. They are gargantuan masses of writhing flesh- a sickening mishmash of all manner of body parts. The air is incredibly hot and damp; the tortuous halls are covered with viscous fluids and are filled with fused mammalian limbs and demonic faces, to insectile stingers and pinchers. They have a sinister cunning, and are always eager to eat, squash, or otherwise slay travelers. A party of adventurers may find the area around them suddenly beginning to solidify, then becoming fleshy, finally turning into a tight stomach. These fetid lands serve as a home to a variety of fiends, and even house several great fortresses made of bone and flesh. The world is constantly engulfed by a raging inferno of battle, for the fiends fight one another without purpose or organization. There are no sides in this war, just every fiend for itself.
Scorch
An arid land covered in sand dunes as far as the eye can see, baked under a scorching sky. There are some mountainous regions here and there and numerous oasis. The region stirs with geologic phenomenon occurring underneath, and massive creatures lurking in the sand. Dotting the level are vast and beautifully decorated cities, while caravans and nomads roam the deserts.
The Garden of Ruin
The floor is a mesmerizing garden, its maze of paths thick with beautiful flowers and heavy with thorns. The climber is presented with his ideal self-image, and if he feels but an ounce of pride, for eternity will this floor be his prison. The gentle, fragrant breeze whispers of past glories, reminders of achievements great and small. Still, mirrored pools reflect the visitor in the best possible way. Each step a man takes whilst following this image leads him further from the true path. As he moves forward he is drawn into the depths of the wild garden and eventually becomes entangled in the choking undergrowth. The climber meets his end gutted like a pig on the monstrous thorns, whilst around him the devil-dryads laugh.
Always an issue in creating any rp is when people have to read for background, using popular settings or basic ones usually work because they are well known. Games, book series, T.V.

So recap right? Let me see if I've got this down more or less...
Upon entering the icy embrace of this level strange things occurred along with some fighting. Primarily birds warning of "Crackling Day" to Etrius at first.
Later on upon getting attacked by mammoth like beast that generated surprising amounts of heat and an avalanche happened, the group was assaulted by a Sniper later to be named Conney.
After a brief explanation and intervention from her Father, the group was to be led in to town by Conney, her Father, and Wooly (the pet mammoth-thing). Walking across a frozen sea they were attacked by a sea creature that initially was just a big scary fish, and then later tentacles. Victory with no real issues.
Upon arriving at town and using Conney's home as a base more or less the group split up (jinkies). Faunra and Aleister the amorous pair went to the medical center to get supplies, Stonefuse went off to have adventures chasing after statues in the snow, which later would involve some psychoanalysis on Conney's father part.
Caedis and Etrius got drinks, where they met a time shifter working under the big bad evil. Offering power and candy in other words, "Come join the evil side kinda shtick, with promises of a free-ride."
Atticus was all up and inventing things.
Damien, Prail, and Cecilia (first apperance) were at the library along Veritas. After a brief confrontation with Prail and some other junk, stuff got real.
A storm of ice shards piercing through the heavens along with mysterious attacks from elvish folk, and numerous other things. Everyone fled suffice it to say back to Conney's home, including Cecilia now joined more or less with the party.
Upon arrival they discussed how to stop the storm with Atticus, who presented a weather device that would need to be flown in to the eye of the storm. Going to the center of it was the castle ruins, were suited miners were waiting and a battle ensued, many were injured but victory was assured, and the bird flew the device and stopped the storm.
Getting back to base and nursing wounds, the group[ had to flee when a scared and angry mob grew to push the outsiders, well, out.
After a suicidal explosion of dynamite that left many hurt and Faunra injured heavily, everyone left along with Conney and Wooly as personal warmers at behest of her father.
I missed out on a bunch of details but others can fill it in.
Zavier's somewhere in there but Arrogancy has been busy.
Though, I feel I should clear something up about the miners. They weren't human, never have been, they are these hairy monster yeti things (ogres supposedly) in old mining suits, etc. These guys are sorta the cause of a lot of trouble around town.
So yeah. Sorry if seems like a bit much.
Oh, and the elvish guys are sorta the "good guys." OR ARE THEY?!
Well, I just posted. So far it's been a week of walking through the mountains and right now it's night time. We're all just around a fire and...well, you guys can take it from there.
