that a tornado, flash flood, and serious thunderstorm warnings have all been issued to this area. Oddly, this is an area where none of that ever happens.

In the end absolutely nothing happened, as usual.

It's just more of the Weather Channel trying to dramatize weather in order to get more viewers. I don't even understand how that works or why it does, but apparently it's what they're going for.

Weird, it's raining and all my tv does it show a fuzzy picture of a brown haired girl...

...do you live in North Carolina, or in the northern part of South Carolina? Because I'm currently typing this between storms that have those same warnings.

I know the chances are slim to none, but hey, it's possible.
No, but I'm not very far away from either of those.

Thunderstorm rolls in, causes a tornado. Destruction prevents excess of water to drain, causing flash flooding.
