Its actually my favorite class from any CoD, ever. I love the semi-auto rifles in World at War so much.
Also had my favorite sniper rifles, the Kar98 and the Mosin-Nagant.

Run and Gun:
Mp40 Double Clip or somesuch.
Perks: Bomb Squad, Juggernaut, and Dead Silence/Extreme Conditioning/Martyr. Whatever you like.
Also use Leadfoot.
Sniper: I like PT40 or something-the last bolt action, with Bouncing Betty, Overkill (Mp40 double clip) and Iron Lungs. Leadfoot or Coaxial.

You can't beat the MP40. It's one of a couple reasons that WaW is a shitty game. It's about the same as the UMP.45 from MW2, except the UMP doesn't have an LMG-sized magazine.
