I can't believe no one has mentioned Conker's Bad Fur Day yet. I mean, an opera singing giant turd? Redneck sentient farming equipment? I my opinion, that game is the king of weird, both in terms of antagonists and the game as a whole.

For a boss it wasn't that pratical per say. I mean it got swords for arms and snake/ serpent like Tendril for its lowever legs! Even its colour combo is werid due to the added illumination effect it got on it!

The Great Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day on N64 is one of the most bizarre video game bad guys I can think of right now, though he's not the game's main antagonist. If it does have to be the big bad of the game, I have to go with...

Captain Bruckner from Turok Evolution. Not because he was well designed, original or interesting, but because he turned up at the end of the game and I literally had no idea who the f**k he was! It was bizzar having a character we didn't even get a decent look at in the opening cut scene and I assumed had been killed suddenly pop up riding a T-Rex for no reason at all.
