In world of warcraft, there is an achievement called "Going Down" in which your character must fall 65 feet and survive, there are a few ways to accomplish this but under most normal circumstances it isnt possible. I managed to gain this achievement on a priest.
Now the priest when you place your talents into holy healing gain an ability which allows them to shapeshift after they die into the Spirit of Redemption, in which your granted an extra 12 seconds to cast as many healing spells as you can completely free of mana, are immune to any additional damage, and cannot move.
To get the achievement (which was not done intentionally I might add) I was doing a fight on the back of a dragon which we failed in, my character being blasted off the dragon and I quickly cast a levitate (slow fall) on myself in an attempt to prevent my death (note, slow falling will not grant the achievement, you need to actually fall the 65 yards).
To my dismay the boss wasent too keen on letting me walk away from that encounter and blasted me down as I floated to the ground. Being a holy spec priest as I died mid-air I shifted into the spirit of redemption form and began my fall, hitting the ground and earning my achievement. So I earned my achievment for falling 65 yards without dying, by dying before the fall... 360 specific or not I challenge anyone to have gained an achievement in a weirder form then that.
